Series slewing jib cranes

Slewing jib cranes with a braced KBK jib offer great load capacities and outreach in comparison to their deadweight because of their lightweight construction and low travel forces. Because of its little weight, the jib may be handled ergonomically even when it is loaded. Low travel forces are also provided by the tried-and-true KBK hollow section rail used as the crane girder.

Slewing motion limiter

To restrict the slewing motion, a movable motion limiter can be fitted to the jib’s slewing range as necessary. Additionally, it may be added at a later time thanks to the clamp-fitted construction.

Pillar connections

Pillars are fastened to the foundations using anchors. When the foundations are installed, a template is utilized to ensure that the anchors are precisely aligned with the mounting holes in the base of the pillar.
A pillar is fastened to an existing concrete floor using anchor bolts. The base of the crane pillar is then fastened to the anchor plate after being initially installed using chemical anchor bolts. For concrete floors with a thickness of less than 200 mm, this anchor version is ideal.
Wall mounting configuration: Slewing jib cranes installed on walls may be easily attached to a variety of pillar dimensions using pillar brackets. They may be fastened to all pillars with square sections at the appropriate height.
